4D Dentistry is an advanced approach to dental care that goes beyond traditional 3D imaging. While 3D dentistry focuses on creating accurate, three-dimensional models of your teeth and jaws, 4D Dentistry adds the element of time — allowing dentists to study how your teeth, bite, and jaw joints move and change over time.
This innovative method uses cutting-edge digital technology and dynamic scans to:
By understanding not just the shape, but also the function and motion of your smile, 4D Dentistry helps us deliver care that adapts to unique, ever-changing dental needs.
FP1 is a term used in implant dentistry to describe a type of full-arch dental prosthesis. It stands for Fixed Prosthesis Type 1.
In simple terms, an FP1 restoration replaces the visible part of the teeth only — not the gums or jawbone. It looks and functions like natural teeth because it mimics only the crowns (the white part you see when you smile) and leaves the natural gum contour visible or restored minimally.
FP1 is most suitable when a patient:
Implantology is a cornerstone of modern restorative dentistry, focusing on the surgical placement and prosthetic restoration of dental implants to replace missing teeth. A successful implant treatment requires a comprehensive assessment of bone quality and quantity, soft tissue architecture, occlusal dynamics, and patient-specific systemic factors.
Dr Arman Barfeie incorporates a multidisciplinary approach, combining surgical expertise with prosthetic foresight, to ensure predictable outcomes in both simple and complex cases. His focus on evidence-based protocols, patient-specific customisation, and long-term biological integration positions implantology as a functional and esthetic solution for partial and full-arch rehabilitation.
This mentorship offers more than clinical shadowing – it’s a personalised blueprint for practice transformation. Unlike generic group training, you’ll get one-on-one access to real-time full-arch surgeries, 4D digital workflows, and a roadmap to replicate this success in your own clinic. Only a handful of mentees will be accepted per year to preserve quality and access.
Most mentees recover this investment with just one full-arch case or two Invisalign conversions.
A single full-arch case generates £12,000–£18,000 in revenue, and this mentorship is designed to help you confidently attract and deliver these cases using predictable systems.
Spending a day with Dr Barfeie was one of the most valuable investments I’ve made in my career. It wasn’t just observation — I was right there chairside during complex full-arch and cosmetic cases, with one-on-one time to break down treatment plans and workflows.
The exposure to cutting-edge tech like Modjaw and photogrammetry was eye-opening, but what really stood out was how tailored the day was to my level and goals. I walked away with practical systems I could implement immediately — and the confidence to take on bigger cases.
